Service Description
Join us for a new year session and experience the transformative power of yin yoga and sound in a welcoming, inclusive and peaceful environment. We will begin with a yin yoga practice focusing on using props in our poses to deepen the stretches and enhance relaxation.We will then move on to sound bath where various instruments, including the gong, will be played to help you rest deeply and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Events – Sound Baths / Yin & Sound / Aromatherapy & Sound - Spaces are limited to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. Events are confirmed once minimum numbers are met. Booking & Cancellations Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event date. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable. Please cancel via the online booking system. If an event is cancelled by The Wellness Place, a full refund will be provided.
