Service Description

This community session is held at a discounted price to allow women to receive this relaxing and rejuvenating wellness experience. Our session will start with some gentle movement and / or a guided mediation before the sounds of various healing instruments, including the gong are played. These sessions are not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those suffering from sound induced epilepsy / seizures. It is recommended that those suffering with serious mental health issues, heart conditions or those with metal plates in the body should consult their doctor to make sure that they are able to attend the session before booking. Please note - this venue is not accessible (one flight of stairs to reach the space)
