Service Description

6.30pm arrival (to settle into the space, to chat and pull some affirmation cards) for a 7pm start Theme - autumnal energy Our session will start with some gentle movement and a guided meditation before the sounds of various healing instruments, including the gong are played. All equipment will be provided (mat, cushion, blanket and eye pillows) - all that you need is to wear something comfy and be ready to rest and relax. The deli counter will be open so you can grab a drink or a snack before or after the the session or you could book yourself at Honey and Co across the street afterwards. These sessions are not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those suffering from sound induced epilepsy / seizures. It is recommended that those suffering with serious mental health issues, heart conditions or those with metal plates in the body should consult their doctor to make sure that they are able to attend the session before booking.
