A Saturday Sound Bath - Cornerstone Cafe, Chelmsford
Saturday 24th Oct - 4.30pm - 5.30pm - a meditation, breathwork and sound bath experience
Service Description
Our session will start with some gentle movement and / or a guided mediation before the sounds of various healing instruments, including the gong are played. Wear comfy warm clothes and bring a mat / something to lie on and a blanket. Do let me know if you need a mat as I have a couple of spares (info@the-wellnessplace.com These sessions are not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those suffering from sound induced epilepsy / seizures. It is recommended that those suffering with serious mental health issues, heart conditions or those with metal plates in the body should consult their doctor to make sure that they are able to attend the session before booking.

Events – Sound Baths / Yin & Sound / Aromatherapy & Sound - Spaces are limited to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. Events are confirmed once minimum numbers are met. Booking & Cancellations Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event date. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable. Please cancel via the online booking system. If an event is cancelled by The Wellness Place, a full refund will be provided.
